carving sets include a custom, leather sheath by Madison Saddlery.
All knife models can be customized
to your desired blade length and thickness. Inquire.

Brass bolster available in place of stainless. NOTE: Brass may
tarnish and discolor over time.
Add $20 for Presentation Grade handle.
Madison Maple is extremely limited and may only be
available in smaller handled knives.
